Anne has recently been appointed as the Chair of the
Birmingham Bar Association Elder Law Committee for 2008.

Charlie was re-elected to another term on the Board of
Directors of the United Cerebral Palsy Research and Educational Foundation
based in Washington, DC.

Filling out November, Anne will present a seminar of Ethical
Issues Concerning the Sale of Real Estate involving the Elderly at Boutwell Auditorium on November 30 for the Attorneys
Insurance Mutual Annual day long seminar.

|
Anne is also on the Planning Committee and will be a speaker
at the 2008 Elder Law Seminar Sponsored by the Alabama Bar Institute
Continuing Legal Education (ABICLE) to be held at The University of Alabama
in Tuscaloosa on February 22, 2008. She will be discussing Beneficiary
Designations in Estate Planning.
