Wendy's areas of practice focus exclusively on litigation, including representation of clients in areas of contract dispute, torts, business torts, class actions, general business disputes, homeowner litigation, pre-litigation homeowner disputes and many other areas.
Wendy is a native of Decatur, Alabama, and while at the University of Alabama she was very active in a wide variety of campus organizations. After working in the private sector for several years, Wendy attended and graduated from Cumberland School of Law, where she was a member of the National Moot Court Team, a finalist in numerous moot court competitions and winner of the Justice Janie Shores Moot Court competition. While in law school, Wendy devoted time to various community outreach programs in which she educated elementary age school children about different areas of the law and the impact of the legal system on their lives.
