| Elizabeth C. Sandoval received her B.A. from the University of Richmond, Virginia and Juris Doctor from George Mason University School of Law, Virginia. She is admitted to practice in Virginia, with her application pending in Alabama. She is a member of the Virginia State Bar Business Law Section. Elizabeth practiced law in Virginia, D.C. and Maryland in the areas of corporate, commercial and securities law and business transactions. Her practice included the representation of clients in multiple loan, asset purchase, private placement, licensing, venture capital investment and joint venture transactions as well as the internal structuring of governance and ownership matters between corporations and their shareholders and employees. |
