Elizabeth's current Alabama practice focuses on the areas of corporate, commercial and securities law and business transactions, as did her former practice in Virginia, D.C. and Maryland. Her practice includes the representation of small to medium size businesses in matters including start-up matters; corporate maintenance; loan, asset purchase, private placement, venture capital investment and joint venture transactions; trademark and copyright protection; product distributorship agreements, sales agreements, and license contracts; mergers and reorganizations; employee manuals, employment agreements, and consulting agreements; as well as the internal structuring of governance and ownership between companies and their shareholders and employees. |
